  • Professor Santiago Arevalo is the Head Coach of the Real Madrid AC 98 team.

  • Professor Rocal Quintana is the Head Coach of the Real Madrid AC 95, 96, 97, 99, 200 boys team.

Real Madrid AC will form teams in each age category, striving to maintain a 9 to 1, player to coach ratio. Once the group reaches the appropriate number of players committed to the Real Madrid AC development program, an Academy team will form with a maximum of 12 players per Team/Coach

Each player learns at a different pace. The art of coaching is being able to communicate your knowledge to the child in a way that is easy for them to understand. The key to success with youth is FUN!  So, the atmosphere on the field will always be positive and encouraging. We want our soccer players to leave with a greater amount of confidence and love for the world's most popular game. We will give the students of The Real Madrid AC Academy, “La Academia,” a new outlook of the game.  By exposing our students to another dimension of the game, we will help them discover their full potential.  Our aim is to capitalize on their strengths while overcoming their challenges.

 The professional staff at "La Academia" will teach the technical and complex aspects of the game in ways that are clear and easy to remember.  Students of La Academia will benefit from personalized instruction based on their individual ability.  According to their individual talent, the coaches will customize their techniques to maximize the student's progress.

 La Academia meets on Sundays and Wednesdays and provides specialized, expert training in the technical and tactical elements of soccer which are essential to the game. Individual and team skills, vital to success in soccer, are stressed in a competitive, yet fun, environment.  The soccer program is designed to help players perform and execute high level techniques while demonstrating a keen insight into the game's nuances.
